Yulu Planning County Poverty Alleviation Office manages Qianyang Vocational School. Rain and dew poverty alleviation training was jointly organized by county vocational secondary school and county poverty alleviation office, and more than 400 students participated in the training. Qianyang county vocational secondary school is the only public provincial key vocational school in the county. Founded in July of 1983, it was named as the first key vocational high school in Baoji by the provincial government in June of 199 1. Vocational Education Center was established in May 1996, and was transformed into Qianyang Vocational Secondary School with the approval of higher authorities in July.
