And fill in the "Registration Form for Training Activists to Join the Party", and regard academic performance and development and changes after training as important contents to examine whether the object has the conditions to join the Party.

Grass-roots party committees should conduct short-term intensive training for development targets. The interval is generally 5 to 7 days (or not less than 40 class hours).

The basic steps to determine the party activists are:

1. Submit the application.

2. recommended by the party branch.

3. The branch talks with the applicant.

4. party member and non-party member vote.

5. Hold a branch meeting, identify activists from the applicants and report to the higher party committee for approval.

6. With the approval of the Party Committee, officially enter the inspection period and fill in the Registration Form for the Investigation of Activists Joining the Party. The inspection period is one year.
