I. Work situation

When I first arrived in Baicheng, Xinjiang, I was a stranger, but I have never been engaged in municipal road supervision. At that time, I was faced with objective unfavorable factors such as a large amount of supervision tasks, a wide supervision area and a small number of supervisors. In the construction of each working procedure, the construction unit is required to strictly implement the national and local construction and installation quality inspection system, check and confirm the relevant construction quality statements submitted by the construction unit in time, and review and sign the completed project quantities declared by the contractor according to the design documents and the provisions on the calculation of quantities in the contract.

Supervision record is an indispensable part of engineering supervision. All members of the supervision team and I have a complete and sufficient supervision diary, which records the relevant situation of the construction site every day in detail, providing a reliable basis for solving the dispute between the owner and the contractor fairly. In the process of supervision of three engineering sites, I actively coordinated the relationship between various units, so that they could cooperate and support each other, do a good job of cohesion, and ensure the construction quality and progress. Through the above work, all the supervision tasks of the heavy chemical industry park were completed and successfully submitted this year, and the subgrade works of the other two projects were also completed. Although the seven-month supervision work has been successfully completed, there are still shortcomings. For example, in the process of municipal engineering construction, many units and jobs cross at the same time, and some units and jobs are not under our supervision, so it is difficult to coordinate, and there are many cases of repeated construction and buck passing. First, strictly implement the supervision procedures.

At present, the on-site supervision work is not carried out in full accordance with the supervision procedures, such as design disclosure, blue prints.the design, the first site meeting, and briefing the owners and contractors.

Supervision engineer and supervision content, formulate supervision plans and detailed rules. Failing to follow the supervision procedure or partially failing to follow the supervision procedure, resulting in practical problems such as no one cares about the supervision engineer after he arrives at the construction site, and he doesn't know the supervision scope and how to supervise. In order to avoid the recurrence of such problems in the future supervision work, it is necessary to strictly implement the project construction supervision procedures, so that the supervision engineer can clearly understand the supervision tasks and basis and do a good job in supervision.

Second, train supervisors and improve the quality of all staff.

Strengthen the training of supervisors, organize employees to seriously study the municipal supervision norms and local engineering construction supervision regulations, unify supervision standards, participate in various classes organized by the Municipal Construction Committee and quality supervision stations, master new policies and standards, and lay a solid foundation for supervision work.
