Those who fail to meet the pre-employment requirements due to special circumstances must complete the training within 1 year after taking office, and the probation period should be extended if they have not completed it yet.

Combined with the annual assessment of cadres, carry out activities of narration, evaluation and examination. If the cadre's learning and training assessment is unqualified, the annual assessment shall not be determined as excellent. Cadre education and training will be an important part of the annual assessment of the leading bodies of departments and units where cadres work.
