The full name of SYB is "Entrepreneurship", which means "Start your business". SYB is an important part of the "Start and Improve Your Business" (SIYB) series of training courses, which are developed by the United Nations International Labour Organization and tailored for friends who want to start their own small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since 1998, China has started the pilot project of SYB entrepreneurship training. With the comprehensive launch of SYB entrepreneurship training in China and the support of microfinance policy, the problems of lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and funds encountered by aspiring entrepreneurs have been solved, and the employment promotion model of promoting employment through training and bringing employment through entrepreneurship has been explored. Practice has proved that SYB teaching materials are easy to understand, concise and practical, and the training mode is in line with China's national conditions.

In 2003, China also launched SYB entrepreneurship training program, and some aspiring entrepreneurs achieved entrepreneurial success through training, which effectively promoted the continuous and in-depth development of "entrepreneurship action" in our city.
