First, training has given me a deeper understanding of "vocational education". Through the vivid explanations of professors and principals, I have a deeper understanding of the concept of vocational education. In the process of work, I realized the necessity of classroom reform in vocational education. Breaking the traditional concept of teaching and learning is not limited to the teaching space of the three-foot platform. At present, classroom design should focus on the working process, so that students can adapt to their future jobs in advance, and the main body of learning is students. Some effective teaching methods provide good materials and valuable experience for our future teaching and research reform, and have a far-reaching impact on improving the teaching quality of vocational education. This training has increased the new ideas of education, made me have a deeper understanding of vocational education, played a good guiding role in my future teaching work, and also promoted my continuous thinking: as the main implementer of vocational education, it is of great help to improve the professional quality of our teachers, especially their own post work ability.

Second, the training has given me a deeper understanding of the profession of "secondary vocational teachers". Professor Lei Chengguang proposed in Research and Construction of Comprehensive Quality Curriculum System from the Perspective of Employment Orientation that the curriculum system of vocational education can be divided into four categories: theoretical curriculum system, practical curriculum system, humanities curriculum system and extended curriculum system. The so-called "learning from work" means that the process of work is regarded as a learning process, that is, learning from overcoming difficulties, testing actions at any time, and adjusting the direction of actions at any time, rather than sitting still; "Work-oriented learning" refers to the process of learning as a process of developing the ability of team members to cooperate and achieve the same goal as a whole. Professor Yang Liming put forward a new concept of vocational education development in his "New Concept of Vocational Education", and made an in-depth discussion from six aspects: development strategy, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching reform, information technology, teacher construction and employment evaluation. In the course reform of vocational education, President Lu of a medical college deeply explained a unique talent training mode explored by the school in teaching practice. Through school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination, order training, internship and other measures, the employment rate of medical college reached 8 1%, 1% went to study abroad, of which 1% entered pharmaceutical enterprises. Thirdly, training makes me more confident to be a good teacher.
