1, biological nano-sequencing platform

Bionano sequencing platform is a technology for sequencing DNA molecular physical map by using single molecule optical map technology, which can detect the large structural variation of genome and assemble most sequences except Hi-C and genetic map to chromosome level.

2.Illumina platform
