Ask questions in the training class
In our teaching assistant training, we will discuss how to answer students' questions, analyze homework, and how to motivate students. Through carefully designed course content, teaching assistants will gain valuable teaching experience and provide strong support for students' growth.

Academic management means

We not only teach teaching assistants how to use academic management methods such as goal setting, self-discipline, goal monitoring and routine recording, but also provide practical learning skills, such as using educational resources, reviewing and preparing for exams, and expanding reading ability. Through these trainings, teaching assistants will better guide students and cultivate their autonomous learning ability.

Expand one's knowledge

In order to make teaching assistants have a more comprehensive understanding of the contents of the courses they teach, we will guide them to dig deeper into the knowledge related to classroom knowledge. This will help to make up for the lack of knowledge, and at the same time extend and expand the knowledge fields related to STEM education. Through these trainings, teaching assistants will be able to better answer students' questions and improve teaching quality.

Clear goal

Through a series of courses and experience activities such as "Friday University Day", the teaching assistants will fully understand the university admission standards, university learning content, university teaching methods and other information. This will help them plan for the long-term development of students and provide them with a road map to realize their university dreams. With our help, teaching assistants and students will grow together and move towards a successful future.
