According to the different ways of obtaining the hours of continuing education, the standards for calculating the hours are also different. The main criteria for calculating class hours are as follows:

1. For those who participate in continuing education training and online continuing education, every 45 minutes is 1 class hour according to the actual training time; Teaching continuing education and training courses is calculated by multiplying the actual teaching hours by 4.

2. For those who participate in the appraisal report, 1 appraisal is counted as 10 hour.

3. The following methods are calculated according to 30 class hours per person:

(1) Complete scientific research projects related to identification;

(2) Participate in the investigation, inspection and case investigation of the appraisal industry;

(3) Participate in seminars, experience exchanges and symposiums related to evaluation, and go abroad for inspection and training;

(4) publishing articles and appraisal reports related to appraisal (limited to the top 3 authors);

(5) Writing books and materials related to appraisal (before the deadline 10 editor);

(6) to participate in the national real estate appraiser qualification examination outline, book writing and proposition, examination and marking;

(7) The suggestions submitted on the development of appraisal industry and system construction are adopted or recognized (limited to the top 5 referees);

(8) Studying in real estate appraisal related majors in institutions of higher learning and obtaining relevant certificates.
