Legal representative: The legal representative of a private school is the chairman or principal. 3. (2) Teaching administrators: Schools with less than 500 students should be equipped with 2-5 teaching administrators, and schools with more than 500 students should match the school size. School teaching staff: full-time and part-time teachers with reasonable structure should be equipped. The fixed assets of the school should reach more than 200,000 yuan. Leased school buildings, sites and facilities cannot be regarded as fixed assets. When bidding for a school, the funds for running the school will be deposited in the designated bank and included in the fixed assets. Facilities and equipment: there should be teaching, practice and experiment facilities and equipment to meet the needs of teaching and skill training, and there should be enough practice stations.
