Military professional ability assessment: a unified proposition of the whole army, including military subject assessment, comprehensive knowledge and ability examination and psychological quality test. Military subject assessment includes two parts: enlistment training and individual training. Among them, the assessment of enlistment training is organized by division (brigade) level units, and individual training is organized by corps level units; The military region will conduct centralized sampling tests on some enlistment training subjects. The comprehensive knowledge and ability examination includes four parts: military knowledge, basic common sense, analytical reasoning and comprehensive ability; Good soldiers let students enter the school, and the examination content increases scientific and cultural knowledge.
Psychological quality test: the test adopts the "psychological test system" issued by the headquarters. Those who fail in the examination of enlistment training subjects and the psychological quality test shall not be listed as candidates for promotion and walks to school. After the test scores of military subjects are converted into full marks of 50 points, they are added to the test scores of comprehensive knowledge and ability and included in the total score (400 points for college graduates and soldiers, and 500 points for elite soldiers).
At that time, the military region will also interview college graduates for promotion, and the interview results will be included in the total score. According to the total score ranking, college graduates, soldiers, promoted cadres and good soldier were selected to enter the school.
