Adhering to Scientific Outlook on Development and putting people first is the foundation of a training school. Standardizing school-running behavior and running schools in good faith are the only way for training schools to win social recognition and promote career development. In order to create a good development environment for training schools, we put forward the following suggestions:

1. Abide by the law and accept supervision.

Strictly abide by the Private Education Law and relevant laws and regulations, carry out training activities within the scope of administrative license according to law, strictly implement the charging standards, and consciously accept the supervision of the competent business units, registration management organs and all sectors of society.

Second, strict self-discipline and honesty in running schools.

To strive for an honest school, the full name, license number and training major of the institution must be indicated in the external publicity; The propaganda content must be realistic and not engage in false propaganda; The promise of running a school must be fulfilled, so that "words must be carried out and actions must be fruitful".

Third, learn from each other and learn from each other.

Private training schools should do more academic exchanges, strengthen communication and make common progress. Resolutely oppose unfair competition and damage the reputation of other schools, and build a harmonious school environment.

Fourth, teaching is paramount and students are paramount.

Teaching quality is the core work of training schools. We should strictly control the quality of teaching. In the normal teaching work, teachers should be urged to pay more attention to teaching activities, teaching plan writing, teaching material research and teaching method updating, and strive to continuously improve each child's performance.

5. Be enthusiastic about public welfare and repay the society.

As far as possible, we will provide free or low-cost training, study and other public welfare services for the children of laid-off workers, the needy and other vulnerable groups, and fulfill social responsibilities.
