Boluo Jintai Chain is a youth basketball training institution, which was established on 20 15, and is a brand of Huizhou Jintai Sports Culture Co., Ltd. It was organized to participate in the urban competition of Boluo Division of CAAU National Youth Amateur Basketball League from 20 18 to 20 19, and advanced to Huizhou Finals.

Therefore, it can be considered that Boluo Jintai chain is a formal youth basketball training institution.
