1. Residents who have graduated from five-year medical colleges have entered the stage of standardized training for residents since the first year of clinical work;
2. Seven-year clinical medical graduates enter the first stage of standardized training for residents in the third year;
3, 8-year clinical medical graduates should participate in the second stage of standardized training for residents;
4. Postgraduates admitted by residents should participate in the corresponding standardized training of residents according to the existing actual business level (assessed by the hospital) and the actual situation of resident training in the original unit.

The culture period is generally 3 years.
