Labor dispatch units must ensure the safety and health of dispatched employees when dispatching workers. According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law" and "Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch", the labor dispatch unit has the responsibility to educate and train the dispatched workers about safety in production. The labor dispatch unit shall provide the dispatched workers with relevant safety education and training to ensure that they understand and abide by relevant safety rules and regulations, operating procedures and emergency handling procedures. Including but not limited to labor safety laws and regulations, workplace safety equipment and operating specifications, protective measures, accident emergency treatment and other aspects of training. In addition, the employer is also responsible for providing necessary safety training and guidance to ensure the safety of employees during work. In the labor contract, both parties can clearly stipulate the specific details such as responsibility sharing and training responsibility.
