(3) With regard to the professional requirements in the application conditions, the majors of engineering or engineering economics should be determined according to the majors listed in the professional comparison table (see annex 1), and the majors of other academic candidates should be similar to those listed in the professional comparison table.

(4) If there are unqualified professional engineering management and practical subjects within the validity period of the second-level constructor qualification examination results, the applicants can change their major and be treated as old candidates, keeping the original file number. The results of the subjects of "Construction Management of Building Engineering" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" remain valid within the validity period of the results; Candidates who have passed the subject of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" within the validity period of the results are not allowed to change majors.

(5) The requirement for working years refers to the sum of the working time of the applicant in this major before and after obtaining academic qualifications. According to the full anniversary, the deadline is 20 18 12 3 1.

(6) In order to strengthen the territorial management of applicants, in principle, candidates whose current work units are in Changzhou or whose household registration is in Changzhou can apply in our city.
