20xx From May 6th to 12, under the careful arrangement of the District Education Bureau, a group of 53 of us set out from xx for a four-day study in the famous education city of China. In these short days, we visited and studied in several schools in xx No.2 Middle School, xx Foreign Language School, xx No.5 Middle School and xx No.1 Middle School. During this period, I observed classroom teaching and interacted with lecturers, listened to special lectures given by school leaders, and exchanged experiences with students after studying every day. This study, I was deeply inspired, the following mainly talk about my feelings after visiting and studying in xx No.2 Middle School:
First, the characteristics of advanced educational concepts
Starting from the height of cultivating students' comprehensive quality, xx No.2 Middle School puts forward an educational concept with classroom teaching as the core, pertinence, pertinence and high energy, and featuring "preparing teaching materials and teaching methods for students". The way of preparing lessons makes students move, the classroom comes alive, the teaching effect is better, and the burden on teachers and students is reduced. The establishment of study groups not only makes the study subjects more detailed (6 people in each group, divided into three grades of A, B and C according to different learning abilities), but also helps teachers to have a more detailed understanding of students' learning situation and help teachers to teach students at different levels in layers. At the same time, study groups can give full play to students' initiative, enthusiasm and self-discipline, and the advantages of self-management can also be fully demonstrated.

The inquiry questions involved in the course can truly reflect the classroom teaching process. The knowledge points are carefully excavated. The two Chinese courses I have listened to reflect the hierarchy of learning and the subjectivity of students in teaching, which is very effective. Through the communication with several classroom teachers during the break, it can be revealed from the words of these teachers that the teachers' collective lesson preparation efficiency is very high. The so-called high efficiency can be fully reflected in the compilation of the study plan: there are compilers, reviewers, approvers and dates on the study plan, there are two people to compile and review, and some instructors are not compilers of the study plan, that is to say, they are not individuals.
Fourth, extensive reading between teachers and students.
Teachers are diligent readers at first, and each teacher should read at least ten different kinds of books and write a certain number of reading notes every semester. Secondly, let students swim in the sea of books. Each student should read a certain number of books each semester, and extract famous sayings and American English paragraphs. Every grade arranges reading classes every week to make students' reading a habit; Third, every grade organizes a certain amount of reading activities every semester to promote students' enthusiasm and efficiency in reading. These aspects are very worthy of our reference.
Sixth, fine school management.
As the saying goes, "the way of thinking determines the way out, and the details determine success or failure." Every work on the campus of xx No.2 Middle School is done very carefully. For example, there is hardly a piece of paper in the sanitary environment. The school management adopts seamless management, and the teacher is young, which is very similar to our Yuhe Mao Middle School. However, the training of new teachers in xx No.2 Middle School is worthy of our deep thought. A new teacher must go through about 20 days of training and strict examination before entering the classroom. Through these substantial and practical trainings, new teachers will grow up much faster.
The school's perfect reward and punishment system is also worth learning, especially the evaluation of front-line teachers and lesson preparation teams, which can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of front-line teachers and lesson preparation team leaders, so as to prepare lessons collectively and stimulate teachers' growth. Although the school requires teachers to stay in class for a short time, many teachers can insist on staying in class until 10, which may be the result of a perfect reward and punishment system.

Experts share their teaching experience without reservation, which is simple, humorous and unforgettable, and makes us deeply feel that teaching skills are endless and teaching creativity is infinite.
In just a few days, I observed six classes and fully demonstrated their different classroom teaching ideas. Different teachers, different ideas, different design ideas, let me really feel their solid teaching skills and profound cultural heritage. Classroom teaching is a topic of "different people have different opinions". In my opinion, different teachers have different styles, but they all show the same brilliance.
The content they design is more and more difficult and challenging, and students are more and more interested in solving problems. In the classroom, they encourage students to learn mathematics knowledge individually, advocate the diversification of problem solving, reflect the subjectivity of students' learning, and make the whole mathematics classroom full of vitality. In class, students should not only express their views and ideas in an orderly way, but also learn to listen carefully to others' views, accept and appreciate each other, cooperate and communicate with each other, and constantly criticize and reflect on themselves and others' ideas. Through the teacher's teaching and guidance, students have mastered the strategies to solve various problems, which also makes us truly feel that the mathematics classroom under the new curriculum standard should be full of life and humanity. After listening to these lessons, I have a new understanding of solving problems. The situation creation in mathematics class should serve students in learning mathematics, let them pay attention to the situation from the perspective of mathematics, and provide soil for the development of mathematical knowledge, skills and mathematical thinking. Nowadays, students like to be good at answering all kinds of questions, but they lack the ability to find and analyze problems. And what is behind the fact that students have no problems in class? That is, teachers did not conform to the concept of the new curriculum, did not change their roles, did not establish a sense of service, and did not give students sufficient space and time to think about problems. Some people say that the teaching process is a process, which should be like a river, sometimes roaring and rushing, and sometimes turning back to moisten things silently. If students are water, then teachers should be ever-changing rivers. In this sense, teachers' classes are relaxed and lively, because he successfully plays the role of student friend, curriculum developer, organizer and leader, and they always regard students as the object of service.
I was very moved by the teachers' lectures. They said: the premise of improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching is preparing lessons. The real preparation is to attach great importance to it spiritually and ideologically, and then "prepare" it materially and practically. Only in this way can we be prepared and thoroughly understand the teaching materials: grasping the essence of mathematics is fundamental, and thoroughly understanding students is the guarantee. The connotation of preparing lessons is teachers' discipline accomplishment and pedagogy accomplishment, so the realm of teaching is ultimately the realm of teachers. Preparing lessons requires collective communication and cooperation, but it also requires individual independent thinking and exploration. Preparing lessons is not a fixed procedure and skill, but a comprehensive embodiment of teachers' ideas, wisdom and spirit.

In this study abroad, I saw the real communication between teachers and students. Every teacher lets students explore and solve problems independently. Moreover, teachers constantly encourage students to actively try and actively explore problems, so that every student has the opportunity to participate in thinking and express their opinions, so that every student can become an opportunity for mathematics learning. For the problems that students can't think of at the moment, every teacher patiently and effectively guides students, which fully embodies the teaching concept of "teachers take students as the main body, students are the masters of mathematics learning, and teachers are the organizers, guides and collaborators of mathematics learning". Through attending classes, I learned new teaching methods and new teaching concepts. The situation created by these courses in the teaching process has a clear purpose and serves the teaching. In addition, what impressed me deeply was that the teachers advocated giving everything back to the students, that is, the teachers did not remind the students what they could explore and discover; What students can describe through thinking, without the guidance of teachers; Students can sum up the rules by themselves, but teachers can't talk about them. In class, students are allowed to make mistakes, disagree and have problems that are not in their own preset. The created situation really serves the teaching, and the original ecological charm of the classroom is full, which fully demonstrates the profound teaching foundation and has a strong ability to improvise in the classroom.
The short observation and study is over, but I will catch up with excellent teachers, constantly improve my teaching level and try to shorten the gap with excellent teachers. I will study harder and learn from each other in the future teaching. In this crisp autumn season, according to the arrangement of the school, I was lucky enough to listen to several or two demonstration classes by famous teachers.
