Safety training plan plays an important role in the process of safety training. According to the provisions of Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Safety Production Training, safety training shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed safety training outline. In other words, the training plan is the basis of the whole training activity.

In addition, the training plan is generally formulated by state administration of work safety. However, the formulation of safety training plans for special industries must meet the following requirements. The training plan for the main person in charge of coal mining enterprises, safety production management personnel and special operations personnel shall be organized and formulated by the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety; In addition to dangerous goods production, management and storage units and mining enterprises, the safety training plans of the principal responsible persons, safety production management personnel and other employees of other production and business units shall be organized and formulated by the provincial safety production supervision and management departments and provincial coal mine safety training and supervision institutions.

Measures for the administration of safety production training

Article 6 Safety training shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed safety training program.

The safety training plan for safety supervisors, main persons in charge of dangerous goods production, management and storage units and non-coal mine enterprises, safety production management personnel, special operations personnel and relevant personnel engaged in safety production work shall be formulated by the State Administration of Work Safety.

The training plan for the main person in charge of coal mining enterprises, safety production management personnel and special operations personnel shall be organized and formulated by the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety.

In addition to dangerous goods production, management and storage units and mining enterprises, the safety training plans of the principal responsible persons, safety production management personnel and other employees of other production and business units shall be organized and formulated by the provincial safety production supervision and management departments and provincial coal mine safety training and supervision institutions.

Safety production training must be carried out in accordance with the specific provisions of the training syllabus, so as to achieve the safety production level and safety management ability that trainees have that match their production and business activities.
