Regularly check the protective measures of pressure pipeline to ensure that it is intact and reduce the corrosion of pipeline surface;

The operating mechanism of the valve should be derusted, oiled and operated regularly to ensure its flexible operation;

Safety valves and pressure gauges should be wiped frequently to ensure their sensitivity and accuracy, and calibrated on time;

Regularly check the integrity of fastening bolts to ensure completeness, no rust, thread and reliable connection;

Pay attention to the vibration of the pipeline. If abnormal vibration is found, vibration reduction measures such as isolating vibration source and strengthening support should be taken. If friction is found, measures should be taken in time.

Electrostatic jumper and grounding device should be kept intact and complete, and should be repaired in time if found damaged;

The stopped pressure pipeline shall be emptied of internal medium, replaced, cleaned and dried, and protected with inert gas if necessary. The external surface should be protected by paint, and the thermal insulation materials of pipes with thermal insulation should be intact;

Check the parts that are easy to corrode and wear, such as the contact between the pipeline and the support, and take measures in time when problems are found;

Eliminate the phenomenon of running, running, dripping and leakage of pipeline system in time;

For high-temperature pipelines, in the process of starting to heat up, it is necessary to heat up the connecting bolts of the pipeline flange; Cooling the low-temperature pipeline in the cooling process;

Emphasis should be placed on maintenance and inspection of pressure pipelines in important parts of the production process, pipelines crossing roads, bridges, railways, rivers and residential areas, pipelines conveying explosive, toxic and corrosive media, pipelines with poor working conditions and pipelines with alternating loads;

In case of any of the following situations during the operation, emergency measures shall be taken immediately, and relevant management departments and personnel shall be reported in time:

(3) The pressure pipeline is blocked by freezing;

(7) The valves and monitoring devices of the pressure pipeline fail, endangering the safe operation.
