If you want to learn mold design, how long can you learn it well?
At present, the commonly used mold design software are: ug, Pro-E, catia, auto cad, from common to uncommon. If you are studying injection mold, ug, Pro-E and catia are generally used for product design. Auto cad is rarely used now, and it is used for ranking. In fact, the software is very familiar. If there is an internship, it will take 1 ~ 2 months to understand all the commands commonly used in drawing models. However, if you want to know all the modules, you have no bottom. Take my ug as an example, the command used to draw the model is 1% of ug function. Also, training is useless, and the practice in a real company is completely different from what you said.

At the same time, the general mold companies don't want graduates, and they all want to find designs that have worked for more than 2 years, and more than 5 years are the most popular. If you have the conditions to paint, you'd better trust the relationship, start with a company first, or go outside to see for yourself. This is definitely not a question of remuneration (I was not paid when I was an apprentice). And it's best to be a locksmith for a while, which is very helpful for your future design.

In addition, it is strongly recommended that you do not dry the mold. Now the mold industry is not very good. Generally working for 2 ~ 3 years, 2000 ~ 3000, 3 ~ 5 years, 3000 ~ 5000, and more than 5 years, 5000+, which is very stressful. You have to work overtime every day, and it is not impossible to work overtime 100 hour when you are busy. I suggest you try product design and learn catia. At present, there is a shortage of domestic product design talents, and basically catia students can find jobs, which is easier and more expensive than making molds!
