1. Health monitoring: Radiation workers need regular health monitoring, including physical examination, radionuclide endosome determination and radiation dose monitoring. The monitoring results should be recorded and saved in time to evaluate the radiation health impact of radiation workers;
2. Occupational health files: Radiation workers should establish occupational health files to record their time, post and radiation dose in radiation operations, and keep them for at least 30 years. Occupational health records shall be kept confidential and only used by employers, occupational health monitoring institutions and other relevant departments;
3. Occupational health assessment: Personnel engaged in high-dose and high-risk radiation operations should be regularly assessed for their physical health and suitability for such operations;
4. Working time and dose control: The employing unit shall reasonably arrange the working time and intensity of radiation workers and control the radiation dose they receive not to exceed the national standard. The employing unit shall take effective measures to protect the health and personal rights and interests of radiation workers who exceed the prescribed standards;
5. Training and education: The employer shall provide necessary training and education to the personnel engaged in radiation operations, so as to improve their understanding of radiation safety and health, so as to reduce the harm of radiation to health;
6. Supervision and management: Occupational health monitoring institutions supervise and manage personnel engaged in radiation operations to ensure that employers and radiation workers strictly abide by relevant occupational health management regulations. Acts in violation of regulations shall be dealt with according to law.
Radiation workers need to meet the following conditions:
1, with basic cultural and scientific knowledge: radiation workers need to have certain cultural and scientific knowledge and be able to understand and abide by relevant laws, regulations and safety regulations;
2. Possess professional qualifications: personnel engaged in radiation operations need to obtain corresponding professional qualifications and certificates, such as job training certificates for radiation workers and health certificates for radiation workers;
3. Physical health: the personnel engaged in radiation operations should be in good health and have no diseases or physical defects that affect radiation operations;
4. Familiar with and master relevant skills and knowledge: personnel engaged in radiation operations need to be familiar with and master relevant skills and knowledge, such as basic knowledge of radiation, radiation safety regulations and operating procedures;
5. Obey management and command: personnel engaged in radiation operations need to obey the management and command of the employer and implement safety operation rules and procedures;
6. Radiation safety awareness: personnel engaged in radiation operations need to have radiation safety awareness, be able to identify radiation hazards and risks, and take effective protective measures to avoid the harm of radiation to human body.
To sum up, the specific situation of radiation workers may be different because of different industries and different nature of work. It is suggested that the personnel engaged in radiation operations should carefully understand the relevant laws, regulations and safety regulations before engaging in work, and receive necessary training and assessment to ensure that they have the qualifications and conditions to engage in radiation operations.

Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Occupational Health of Radiation Workers in People's Republic of China (PRC)
Radiation workers shall meet the following basic conditions:
(a) At least 65-438+08 years old;
(2) Having passed the occupational health examination and meeting the occupational health requirements of radiation workers;
(three) radiation protection and related legal knowledge training and examination;
(4) Abide by radiation protection laws and regulations, and accept occupational health monitoring and personal dose monitoring management;
(five) holding a certificate of radiation workers.
Article 6
Before the radiation workers take up their posts, the radiation work unit shall be responsible for applying for the Radiation Workers' Certificate from the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level.
Medical institutions that carry out radiation diagnosis and treatment shall apply to the administrative department of health that issued the license for radiation diagnosis and treatment for a "radiation worker's certificate".
