(a) Identification of training needs;
(b)? Design and planning training;
Provide training;
(d)? Evaluate the training results.
From the above four aspects, the principles of the training process are detailed as follows:
1. Principles for determining training needs:
The organization shall determine the capacity requirements of each job that affects the product quality, evaluate the capacity of the personnel engaged in this job, and make plans to make up for the possible capacity gap. The determination of requirements should be based on the analysis of the current and expected needs of the organization and the existing capabilities of its personnel.
2. Training on design and planning principles
The organization shall design and plan the training according to the results of training demand analysis, especially the formulation of training plan. The formulation of the training plan must meet the following principles or conditions:
-Various requirements stipulated by law;
-Guidelines and requirements determined by the organization; Including issues related to human resources;
-Financial considerations;
-Time and schedule requirements;
-Availability, enthusiasm and ability of trainees;
-Some factors, such as whether there are internal training resources or reputable training institutions;
-Restrictions on any other available resources.
3, the principle of providing training
This principle explains the requirements of three processes, namely:
A. pre-training support:
—— Briefly introduce relevant information to training institutions;
—— Briefly introduce the nature of the training and the capacity gap to be filled to the trainees;
—— To enable the training parties to contact each other.
B, training support
—— Providing relevant tools, equipment, documents, software and accommodation for both training parties;
-provide students with appropriate and sufficient opportunities to apply their developed abilities;
-Provide feedback on job performance at the request of trainees and/or trainees.
C. Post-training support
-Collecting feedback from students;
-Collect feedback from trainers;
-Provide feedback to managers and personnel involved in the training process.
4, the principle of training effect evaluation
The purpose of evaluation is to confirm that the organizational objectives and training objectives have been achieved, that is, the training is effective. The evaluation inputs of training results are training demand statement, training plan and training implementation record. Before the trainees are observed and tested at work, the training results are often not fully analyzed and confirmed. Within the specified time after the trainees complete the training, the management of the organization shall ensure that the evaluation is carried out to verify their ability level.
