Application conditions of National Professional Standard for Enterprise Human Resource Managers (Trial)

I. Senior Human Resource Manager (National Vocational Qualification Level 1)

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply for a senior human resource manager:

(1) Obtained the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager, engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate after formal training of senior human resource managers and reaching the required standard hours.

(2) Those who have a doctor's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, have been formally trained by a senior human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

(3) Those who have a master's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years, have been formally trained by a senior human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

(4) Those who have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this occupation for more than 9 years, have been formally trained by senior human resources managers to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained graduation (completion) certificates.

Second, the human resources manager (national vocational qualification level 2)

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply to the human resources manager:

(1) Having obtained the professional qualification certificate of assistant human resource manager, having been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, having received the formal training of the standard hours stipulated by the human resource manager, and having obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

(2) Those who have a doctor's degree (including equivalent education), have reached the required standard hours after formal training by the human resources manager, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

(3) Those who have a master's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, have been formally trained by the human resources manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

(4) Those who have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years, have been formally trained by the human resources manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

(5) Those who have a college degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 8 years, have been formally trained by the human resources manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
