basic knowledge

The Public Nutritionist-Basic Knowledge includes medical foundation, nutrition foundation, population nutrition foundation, food nutrition and food processing foundation, food hygiene foundation, dietary nutrition guidance and disease prevention, nutrition education and community nutrition management foundation, relevant laws and regulations and so on.

Third/second level public dietitian

Class III/II public nutritionists include dietary survey and evaluation, determination and evaluation of human nutritional status, nutritional consultation and education, dietary guidance and evaluation, food nutritional evaluation, community nutritional management and nutritional intervention.

Three-level examination subjects

The three-level public dietitian examination includes two subjects: theoretical knowledge examination and professional ability examination.
