First, school profile:
The school was founded in 1949, formerly known as North China School of Finance and Economics, and later renamed. On 1964, it merged with Zhengzhou Aviation Industry Technical School and changed its name to Zhengzhou Aviation Industry School. 1978 was upgraded to zhengzhou institute of aeronautical industry management, and 1984 was upgraded to zhengzhou institute of aeronautical industry management.
1999 the school was changed from the head of aviation industry corporation of china to the school-running system established by the central and local governments, focusing on Henan province, and on 20 13 it became a master's degree awarding unit.
As of June 2022, the school covers an area of 1700 mu, with a building area of/kloc-0.09 million square meters, an experimental site area of/kloc-0.06 million square meters, total fixed assets of/kloc-0.739 million yuan, total teaching and research instruments and equipment of 326 million yuan, and 2,556,700 books in the library.
Second, cooperation and exchanges:
By June 2022, the school had established friendly cooperative relations with 72 universities in more than 30 countries, including the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Poland, South Korea and Tanzania, and carried out various forms, depth and breadth of international exchanges and cooperation.
The school has successively held undergraduate-level Sino-foreign cooperative education projects with the University of Highlands and Islands in the United Kingdom and Warsaw University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Poland, realizing the full coverage of the school's projects and institutions in the field of Sino-foreign cooperative education.
The school cooperated with dodoma University in Tanzania to establish the Confucius Institute, and won the titles of world advanced Confucius Institute, advanced unit in diplomatic work and China-Tanzania Friendship Ambassador Award.
The school signed a strategic cooperation agreement with aviation industry corporation of china, and built the first French Federation Zhengzhou French Federation, the dangerous goods aviation training sub-center and the Henan base of the difficult case research center of China University of Political Science and Law.
