The Inheritance Status of Guozhuang Dance
In order to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional folk culture of Changdu Pot Village, the Changdu County Party Committee and County People's Government established the Ulan Qi Mu semi-professional performance team on 1985. Over the past 20 years, the performance team of Qi Mu in Wulan County has always regarded Pot Village as "the treasure of the town group". On the basis of absorbing the nutrition of the folk pot village, it further absorbed the characteristics of the times of modern song and dance, strengthened the rhythm and melody of traditional dance, increased the times and appreciation of traditional dance, and made the traditional national song and dance inherit and develop. Especially since 2002, Ulan Qi Mu Performance Team has been transformed into a county folk art troupe, and its inheritance and creation have entered a new historical period. On the basis of inheritance, he boldly innovated and created Blessing Changdu, Gachangdu and Princess Zanwencheng's Dress, which are both modern and full of local flavor. They are deeply loved by the masses, won many regional and local awards and performed in Tibet many times. Since 2003, the Cultural Bureau of Changdu County and the Folk Art Troupe have taken collecting and sorting out the art of pot village as an important task to protect and inherit folk culture and create brand benefits. By visiting the grassroots, collecting materials extensively, inviting old artists to sing and explain live, recording and sorting out the lyrics of Guozhuang, training, imparting and re-recording the performers, more than 70 songs of Guozhuang were recorded and sorted out. Together with Changdu Barabba Film and Television Culture Communication Co., Ltd., it produced Changdu Guo Zhuang's first CD album, Gachangdu, which protected and inherited this folk art treasure. At the same time, the party committees and governments at all levels in Changdu also attach great importance to the inheritance and development of traditional folk literature and art. In 2005, with the strong support of prefectural party committees and administrative offices, they specially invested more than 400,000 yuan to produce a relatively complete CD-ROM of Guozhuang, which made the traditional folk cultural and artistic heritage of Changdu Guozhuang well inherited and protected.

The art of Guo Zhuang not only has strong vitality in towns and agricultural and pastoral areas, but also gradually enters schools and classrooms. Many schools in Changdu county regard Guo Zhuang as an important content of physical exercise and literary accomplishment, which not only enhances students' physical quality, but also effectively protects and inherits traditional culture. Guo Zhuang can fully exercise people's coordination ability, and has obvious effect on exercising cardiopulmonary function, so it is very suitable for all kinds of people to exercise.

Primary and middle school students in Xining city began to learn the characteristic dance of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau-Pot Zhuang Dance during recess. Guozhuang is a homonym of "Guo Zhuo" in Tibetan, that is, the meaning of circle singing and dancing, which is usually danced during festivals or slack seasons. Ceramic dance can not only enliven students' cultural life, but also help to carry forward national culture. The primary and secondary schools in four districts and three counties under the jurisdiction of Xining City have carried out the activities of crispy rice dance.
