Second, the registration requirements
The crew registration has been completed and the crew service book has been held. The crew in the infinite navigation area is registered as an international crew, and the crew in the coastal navigation area is registered as a domestic crew.
Third, health requirements.
Meet the health conditions specified in the Requirements for Seafarers' Health Examination (GB30035-20 13). Obtain a health certificate issued by the medical examination institution.
Fourth, the service qualification requirements
Hold the second deputy position for not less than 12 months.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) training requirements
(1) Basic safety and professional skills training
Complete basic safety training, proficient in survival craft and rescue boat training, advanced fire fighting training, proficient in first aid training, safety awareness training and crew training with designated safety responsibilities.
Ships with a gross tonnage of less than 500 tons (except special ships) are exempt from being proficient in lifeboat and rescue boat training, advanced fire fighting training and first aid training.

Complete the corresponding competency training for the position of first mate;

Note: 1. The first mate in coastal navigation area is exempt from maritime English theory;

3. Persons who hold the competency certificate of non-carrier and apply for lifting the restriction of non-carrier shall take the additional examination of ship structure and freight.
