1. What is the reason for the water leakage in Samsung's internal machine?

1, humid air

In hot summer, the air pressure is relatively low and the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is relatively large. 2. Drainage pipe failure

There will be water when it is used, but it will be discharged through the drain pipe. If there is a problem, failure or blockage in the drainage pipe, we need to deal with it. If it is aging or damaged, we need to replace the new drain pipe. If it's just a jam, we can clear the drain pipe.

3. Improper installation of fuselage

If the thermal insulation cotton is not tightly wrapped, or the quality of thermal insulation cotton is too poor to play a good role in thermal insulation, there will be a lot of condensed water on the pipeline, and then there will be continuous dripping and smallpox.

When wrapping the thermal insulation cotton, be careful not to leave a gap between the thermal insulation cotton and the copper tube to ensure that the copper tube will not be exposed.

2. The connection between the drain pipe and the indoor unit is not tight.

The drain pipe is mainly used to drain the condensed water from the indoor unit. When connecting with the indoor unit, use soft connection and clamp it with a clip. If the connection is not tight, condensed water will flow out of the gap.

The solution is here: after the indoor unit is connected with the drainage pipe, conduct a drainage test to ensure that the connection is tight and there will be no water leakage.

3. Poor condensate discharge

Clogged condensate outlet of indoor unit or insufficient slope of drainage pipe will lead to poor drainage and accumulation on the water tray of indoor unit. When the water dish is full, it will overflow to soak smallpox.

See the solution here: during construction, ensure that the drainage slope of condensate water is not lower than1100. Before connecting the drain pipe to the indoor unit, please check whether the outlet of the indoor unit is dirty or blocked. After the drainage pipe is completed, ensure that the condensed water can be discharged smoothly.

4. The drain pipe is not insulated.

The temperature of condensed water flowing through the condensed water drainage pipe is low, so it is necessary to pack thermal insulation cotton during construction. In order to save costs, some engineering companies don't wrap thermal insulation cotton on the condensate drain pipe, which leads to condensation on the outer wall of the drain pipe and water leakage.

Solution: All condensate drainage pipes must be wrapped with thermal insulation cotton, and the standards and requirements for wrapping thermal insulation cotton are the same as those for copper pipes.
