According to Article 4 of the Measures for Special Training, Examination and Certification of Inland Ro/Ro Crew? Category and scope of application of qualified certificate:

(1) 1000 special training certificate for river tanker crew of gross tonnage and above. Applicable to the crew working on inland oil tankers, inland oil barges and tugboats towing inland oil barges; The applicable items of the certificate are annotated as inland oil tankers, inland oil barges and tugboats towing inland oil barges.

(2) 1000 special training certificate for crew of gross tonnage inland oil tanker. It is suitable for the crew working on inland oil tankers, inland oil barges and tugboats with gross tonnage below 1000; The application items of the certificate are inland oil tankers, inland oil barges and tugboats towing inland oil barges below 1000 gross tonnage.

(3) Special training certificate for crew of inland river 1000 gross tonnage and above bulk chemical carriers. Suitable for the crew of inland bulk chemical carriers, inland bulk chemical barges and tugboats towing inland bulk chemical barges; The applicable items of the certificate are annotated as inland bulk chemical carriers, inland bulk chemical barges and tugboats towing inland bulk chemical barges.

(4) Special training certificate for crew of inland river 1000 gross tonnage bulk chemical tanker. It is suitable for the crew working on inland river bulk chemical carriers, inland river bulk chemical barges and tugboats with gross tonnage below 1000; The applicable items of the certificate are annotated as inland bulk chemical tankers, inland bulk chemical barges and tugboats towing inland bulk chemical barges with gross tonnage less than 1000.

(five) inland liquefied gas tanker crew special training certificate. It is suitable for the crew working on inland liquefied gas carriers. The applicable items of the certificate are annotated as inland liquefied gas carriers.

(six) special training certificate for inland passenger ship crew. Applicable to the crew working on inland river passenger ships. The applicable items of the certificate are annotated as inland river passenger ships.

(seven) special training certificate for inland river high-speed ship crew. Suitable for captains and senior crew working on inland river high-speed ships. The certificate applies to inland river high-speed ships.

(eight) inland ro-ro ship crew special training certificate. Applicable to crew working on inland ro-ro ships (except Hengjiang/Hehe automobile ferry). The endorsement of this certificate is applicable to inland ro-ro ships.

(nine) special training certificate for the crew of ships transporting dangerous goods in inland waters. It is applicable to the captains and deck crew working on inland river vessels carrying explosive, flammable, toxic, corrosive, radioactive and pollution hazards, which are likely to cause personal injury, property loss or environmental pollution during the ship's transportation and need special protection (substances, materials and articles included in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code). The applicable items of the certificate are annotated as ships that transport dangerous goods in inland waters.

(ten) inland liquefied gas fuel power plant ship crew special training certificate. It is suitable for the crew working on the inland river liquefied gas fuel power plant. The applicable item of the certificate is annotated as inland liquefied gas fuel power plant ship.

Article 12 of the Measures for Special Training, Examination and Certification of Inland Ro/Ro Crew? The special training examination for inland river ship crew is divided into theoretical examination and practical operation examination. The full score of the theoretical examination is 100, and the score of 60 or above is a pass; The actual operation test scores are divided into two types: passing and failing. Only when both the theoretical examination and the practical operation examination are passed can the examination be considered as qualified.

Those who fail the theoretical examination or practical operation examination will be given two make-up examinations within one year from the date of publication of the examination results. Those who fail to pass the make-up exam must re-take the training and exam.

Thirteenth pass the examination, you can apply to the examination and certification authority to issue the corresponding certificate. The certificate is valid for 5 years.
