I am careless about the inevitable friction with people in work or life, but if I am working or performing my duties, I must be calm, careful and meticulous.

I grew up in an ordinary family in terms of ideological consciousness, but I never wanted to be a mediocre person. Now I am also the secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Wuying Village in Duoying Town, assisting the village party secretary to carry out the work of the village committee and serving the villagers in our village.

5. Finally, my working ability. When it comes to my work ability, I have to mention my work experience. During college, I used my spare time to do various part-time jobs, such as tutoring, shopping guide, questionnaire survey and so on. Not only can I get a certain reward, but more importantly, I have increased my experience and exercised my practical ability. Since my sophomore year, as a class cadre, I have the honor to be the assistant of our grade counselor, helping him to preside over class meetings, inspect dormitories, reward and evaluate outstanding students and other daily affairs in study and life. If this is not a job, it is an experience, which makes it easier for me to organize group activities in my future work. After graduation, I worked in a large real estate development company, from the most basic administrative clerk to the construction application specialist.
