Based on the principle of improving technical operation, service awareness and work efficiency, the outpatient oral nursing group has been constantly pioneering and innovating, carrying out the nursing principle of standard year and high standard, deepening specialist nursing education, and carrying out patient-centered quality nursing service, and successfully completing the quality indicators of various nursing work in stomatology outpatient department.
First, in the first half of the year, 69,642 patients were admitted to the dental clinic, including 39 patients assisted in implant surgery, 20 patients assisted in periodontal surgery, 49 patients received orthodontic anchorage and 4 patients received bone grafting. The department increased the turnover of equipment disinfection supply and strictly investigated all kinds of infections. * * * Disinfect all kinds of instruments and surgical kits 1 19726 times, which improved the use efficiency of sterile items, further standardized sterile items and various operations, and all indicators reached the standard in the inspection of nursing department and surgical clinical department.
Second, departments hold academic lectures every Monday at noon to explain clinical difficult cases and specialized knowledge, require general practitioners to attend, and encourage nurses to actively participate in general lectures, which not only improves the level of clinical medical cooperation, but also helps to solve common clinical difficult diseases and improve everyone's basic theoretical knowledge.
Third, oral assistants are required to strengthen their study, improve their communication skills, do a good job in all kinds of communication training, improve cooperation efficiency and work quality, increase the training of nursing service quality, organize all staff to participate in service etiquette training, hold slide lecture competitions, improve the professional knowledge and lecture skills of nursing partners, strengthen the communication between doctors and nurses, enhance the consciousness and initiative of serving patients, improve the ability to prevent and deal with adverse events, and realize nursing.
Fourth, strengthen the study of specialist theory and operation technology, ask the specialist director to teach nurses, explain the specialist knowledge of stomatology, organize to participate in the study of new technologies and new businesses, strengthen clinical teaching, update the training syllabus of teaching regularly, and impart new knowledge and working skills of new technologies, thus improving the quality of work.
Fifth, strengthen the pre-diagnosis consultation education, especially for the high requirements of the elderly person in charge of the ninth consulting room, children's dental children and their parents, and increase the pre-diagnosis health education. Ask and discuss patients' opinions many times. The contents of Pre-diagnosis Counseling Education Manual were revised and supplemented, and patients were patiently explained, which helped patients to understand the whole medical treatment process and matters needing attention before seeing a doctor, saved time, improved efficiency, was well received by patients, and also improved the quality and communication ability of nursing staff.

Establish and improve the rules and regulations: take the opportunity of reaching the standard year and high standards, carefully study the relevant rules and regulations, unify the layout, standards and requirements of articles in each clinic, strengthen the sample inspection and registration, and centrally register and keep them to ensure safety and beautify the clinic environment.
Seven, according to the characteristics of stomatology nursing, organize experienced oral assistants to write the workflow of nursing specialties, standardize the whole process from accepting patients to the end of diagnosis and treatment, and constantly revise it to make oral nursing more routine and standardized.

Disinfection management of instruments: continue to disinfect all kinds of instruments in strict accordance with the requirements of disinfection and sterilization of oral instruments, update worn-out instruments and instrument trays, strengthen the detection of disinfection effect of instruments, ensure medical safety and prevent cross-infection.
Nine, nursing teaching: * * teaching 25 oral assistant interns, nursing department 1 interns. According to the professional characteristics of dental clinics, interns are reasonably arranged to rotate, so that they can master the operation technology and professional characteristics of each clinic as soon as possible. At the same time, we will strengthen the training of nine dental assistants who have recently left their jobs, and implement the rotation system of dental assistants in outpatient clinics every six months to comprehensively strengthen the professional knowledge and nursing cooperation ability of nursing staff. At the same time, the lecture content was updated for department staff and interns, and lecture slides were made, which were well received by interns.
X. Meeting: On June 25th, this year, at 65438, we hosted the first annual academic conference on oral nursing in general hospitals, and invited the director and deputy director of Beijing Nursing Association and all the oral head nurses in Beijing to attend. The elderly dentists gave wonderful lectures and Director Wang Jianrong gave a wonderful speech, which provided a broad platform for the development and technical exchange of oral nursing in China. At the same time, assist the department to prepare, coordinate and hold important meetings such as the World Beauty Congress, the National Association of Geriatrics, the Prosthetic Association and the All-Army Dental Association, and organize and arrange wonderful programs.
Unfinished work: The protective film for air gun disinfection designed and manufactured jointly with the Medical Engineering Center is an innovation to save the cost of oral disinfection in outpatient department this year. Because of the material problem, it can't be produced, and further research will be done in the second half of the year.
The main problems in management are that there are many consulting rooms and the staff are scattered. The problems in each consulting room cannot be completely exposed because the staff on duty know the situation. There are still omissions in the inspection of details and dead ends.
In the second half of the year, according to the characteristics of specialties and the allocation of nurses, we will further strengthen specialty skills and service level, organize everyone to learn specialty theory and four-handed operation coordination technology, provide high-quality nursing cooperation for doctors, strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability, and strive for the publication of scientific research papers. Strengthen the management of waiting areas and consultation rooms to provide patients and staff with a warmer and more comfortable medical and working environment.
The year 02 XX is coming to an end. Although I just arrived in stomatology, with the help and guidance of the director and colleagues, my work soon got started. Now I will summarize my thoughts, work and life in the past year as follows:

I can treat patients like relatives and never quarrel with them. I can keep a sweet smile when I go to work every day. I treat soldiers and local patients equally and don't cheat. Never cheat on mistakes and disputes, take the initiative to report to the leader, and never accept meals and red envelopes from patients.
3. in life: treat patients sincerely and enthusiastically, don't care about poverty, don't love wealth, and don't seek profit. I have a serious life style, and I have no pure contacts with foreign countries, and never have contacts with people who do not conform to local conditions.
