After++days of closed training, my physique, ideological realm and life ideal have all been comprehensively improved, which has enriched my methods to solve difficulties, broadened my vision of seeing things, and given me a brand-new understanding of the position, concept and role of team leadership, as well as interpersonal communication and coordination in the company and society, and actively condensed my future work steps, plans and practices in realistic thoughts, making a plan for my future work. Now I will report my experience in this training to the leaders:

First of all, the role, responsibility, status and function of team leader are defined.

Teams and groups are the basic units for enterprises to organize production and business activities, and are the most basic production management organizations of enterprises. All the production activities of an enterprise are carried out in teams and groups, so the quality of team work is directly related to the success or failure of enterprise management. Only when the team is full of vitality, the enterprise will have strong vitality and be invincible in the fierce market competition for a long time. Teams and groups are like cells of the human body. Only when all cells in the human body are healthy can the human body be healthy and full of vitality.

★ Position of the head of the production management team

The leader of a team is the leader of the team. The team leader is the direct commander and organizer of the production management of the team company, and also the most basic person in charge of the enterprise. He is a very big team. Team management refers to all kinds of management activities that must be done well in order to complete the team production task, that is, give full play to the subjective initiative and production enthusiasm of the whole class, unite and cooperate, rationally organize manpower and material resources, and make full use of all aspects of information to make the team production balanced and effective, resulting in the effect of "1+ 1 > 2", and finally complete it with good quality and quantity, on schedule and safely.

In practical work, no matter how well the management makes decisions, it will be difficult to implement the management's policies without the strong support and close cooperation of team leaders and a group of effective team leaders. Team leader is not only the organization leader of product production, but also the direct producer.

The special position of the team leader determines that he should take different positions on three types of personnel: facing subordinates, he should stand up on behalf of the operators and speak with the voice of the leader; In the face of operators, we should stand on the position of reflecting the voices of subordinates and speak with their voices; In the face of your direct boss, you should speak from the standpoint of subordinates and superior assistants.

★ Responsibilities of the team leader in production management

① Improve product quality.

Quality is related to the market and customers. Team leaders should lead employees to work hard and produce high-quality products on time and in quantity.

Improving production efficiency means that under the same conditions, more and better high-quality products can be produced by constantly innovating and tapping the enthusiasm of employees and improving operation methods and management processes.

(3) reducing the production cost

Reducing costs includes saving raw materials, saving energy, reducing labor costs and so on.

(4), to prevent work-related injuries and major accidents

With security, you may not have everything, but without security, there is nothing. We must adhere to safety first, prevent work-related injuries and major accidents, including efforts to improve the safety performance of machinery and equipment, and supervise employees to strictly abide by operating procedures. Many accidents are caused by illegal operation.

★ The role of team leader in production management

Team is the smallest production unit of an enterprise, and team management is the basis of enterprise management. No matter what industry, what type of work, its * * * * is characterized by the same labor means and labor objects, and directly undertakes certain production tasks, including service products, so the team leader has three important roles:

(1), the team leader affects the implementation of the company's production decision, because even the best decision, if the executor is not effective, it is difficult to implement the decision. Therefore, team leadership affects the implementation of decision-making and the ultimate realization of enterprise profit objectives.

(2) The team leader is not only a bridge connecting the preceding with the following, but also a link between employees and leaders.

★ Responsibilities of the team leader in production management

The team leader is a big team in the enterprise, and the comprehensive quality of the team leader determines whether the policies of the enterprise can be implemented smoothly, so it is very important for the team leader to be conscientious. The responsibilities of the team leader mainly include:

(1), labor management

Personnel deployment, scheduling, service, strict attendance, employee emotional management, new employee technical training, safe operation, production site hygiene, team building, etc. All belong to labor management.

② Production management responsibilities

Production management responsibilities include on-site operation, personnel management, product quality, manufacturing cost, material management, machine maintenance, etc.

Second, enrich the content of interpersonal communication.

The first is the contact between the team leader and the superior leader. I think there are the following points:

(1), the team leader should timely and accurately reflect the actual situation in the work to the superior, put forward his own suggestions, and be the staff assistant of the superior leader. However, at present, many team leaders only stay in the usual personnel deployment and production scheduling, and do not give full play to the leadership and demonstration role of team leaders.

(2), must accurately understand the leadership instructions, as well as the background, environment and leadership style of leadership instructions. Sometimes, as a mistress, you try hard to do something, but it is not what the leader wants. As a result, you have made great efforts and failed to achieve the desired results. Of course, it is also possible that you are right, but the leaders don't understand. What should we do? At this time, you should choose the right time to submit your suggestions, so that the leaders can accept or adopt your suggestions more comprehensively and accurately. Now there is a saying in the west that mastering one's own leadership means understanding the leadership style, so as to better coordinate the relationship and carry out the work better.

Secondly, the communication between team leaders and subordinates. In this regard, I think we should do the following:

(1), control emotions and communicate rationally.

Emotional management is the first discipline of new team leaders. In the case of careless and illegal work of subordinates, the team leader should not use irrational methods such as shouting, cursing and blaming to solve the problem, which will only intensify contradictions and cannot really solve the problem. The purpose of communication is to solve problems. When things happen, communicate calmly and rationally in a way that subordinates can accept and understand.

(2) Let go of "official airs" and communicate on an equal footing.

People refuse to be governed just as they refuse to be conquered. There is only the level of position and power between team leaders and team members, and there is no difference in personality. Only when team leaders let go of "bureaucracy", respect team members and communicate on an equal footing, can they really enter the hearts of team members and be accepted by them, otherwise team members may take orders from team leaders on the surface, but actually avoid them.

③ Empathy and frank communication.

As the saying goes, "the ass decides the head", with different positions and different ways of thinking, conflicts between team leaders and team members are often inevitable. If team leaders can stand in the position of team members and put themselves in their shoes, they can better understand the thoughts and practices of team members and find the combination point of communication.

④ Active concern and heartfelt communication.

"Communication starts from the heart" is a well-known slogan of China Mobile, and so is the team leader of grass-roots managers. Team cohesion construction and morale management can be said to be the focus of team management. Only by uniting team members into a rope can we complete arduous tasks and overcome various difficulties. To handle the relationship between yourself and your team members, you must first respect trust, understand them, care about their personal and family life, and do your best to help them solve their difficulties.

The above expression is something that I should improve and perfect in my next work, and it is also a problem that I deeply realized after this training, so the following points are my key development directions in the future:
