1. Collect requirements: collect the requirements of all team members for drawing management, including document creation, classification, review, storage and update. 2. Make a plan: Make a drawing management plan according to the requirements, including establishing a drawing library, working out operating procedures, determining classification standards and storage methods, etc. 3. Design scheme: Design the workflow and technical scheme of the drawing management system. Determine the technical requirements such as hardware, software and database required by the system. 4. Development and implementation: the development and implementation of the system, including establishing database, making front-end interface, writing related programs, testing and debugging. 5. Training and education: Conduct systematic training and education for relevant personnel to make them familiar with the operation process and master the system functions and operation methods. 6. Operation and maintenance: After the system is officially launched, it needs to be operated and maintained, including backing up data, maintaining system stability, upgrading system version and providing technical support. 7. Review and acceptance: review and accept the system to ensure that the drawing management system can meet the project requirements, and the system needs to be evaluated and improved regularly.
