Should take responsibility. Article 7 of the Supreme People's Court's Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in the Trial of Personal Injury Cases: Schools, kindergartens, public examination training courses and other educational institutions that have the obligation to educate, manage and protect minors according to law, if they fail to perform relevant obligations within the scope of their duties, causing personal injuries to minors, or if they are infected during class during the epidemic, or if minors cause personal injuries to others, they shall bear corresponding liability for compensation.
