Good afternoon everyone!

First of all, I want to thank you for your trust and support.

Standing here today, I feel I have nothing to show off. Looking back on the 18 years when I was a teacher, I didn't do anything important or make any outstanding achievements. I'm just an ordinary person of 18, doing ordinary things. It is this commonality that makes me understand the meaning of my existence. Although life and work have caused me confusion and pressure, I am more committed to special education, persistent in my work, caring for students and sincere to my colleagues.

The behavior of many predecessors and colleagues, as well as their usual feelings about life, let me understand that the more open-minded people are, the more detached they are in some things, the greater their charm. I have always believed that everything depends on people's efforts, and there will always be gains. Over the years, I don't care what I want to do in my post, but take the initiative to do what I want to do and what I think is meaningful. From deaf education to mentally retarded education to autism rehabilitation training, from introducing multimedia courseware into the classroom for the first time to trying comprehensive teaching to personalized teaching, from planning activities to hosting programs to making suggestions for school development, I dare to try and challenge new things and always regard myself as an important member of the school team. You do everything with your heart, you treat your colleagues sincerely, and you love your students sincerely, then you will be surprised and moved, and your charm index among students and colleagues will continue to rise.

I have always been glad that I am a teacher in a special school, because this is the most caring profession, and because I can always listen to the sound of flowers. The sound of flowers is the movement of disabled children's progress and vigorous growth, and it is also the melody of their own lives.

Life is a process; Life is an experience; The meaning of life lies in that we can find the career we love between the shortness of life and the eternity of existence, and then let go of it, with inspiration and passion in the struggle; Get fun and happiness in cooperation; Feel the value and happiness in the plain.
