Three, the applicant must have the basic conditions

(4) Interview
The interview is organized by our center in a unified way, taking a semi-structured interview form and adopting a hundred-point scoring method. It mainly examines comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, adaptability, language expression and professional ability. On the day of the interview, clinical professional knowledge and adaptability test of first aid post will be arranged.
The written test scores and interview scores are included in the comprehensive scores according to the weights of 30% and 70% respectively.
