Tianjin University Teacher Training Center was established on July 6th, 1990, which is a subordinate institution of Tianjin Education Commission. The center is located in Tianjin Normal University and is under the dual leadership of Tianjin Education Commission and Tianjin Normal University. Since the establishment of the Center, according to the requirements of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Education, all staff members have adhered to the principles of "paying equal attention to politics and business" and "integrating theory with practice" and the guiding ideology of "basing on the domestic situation, improving all staff and highlighting the backbone", worked hard, worked diligently and served enthusiastically, and actively played the role of "teacher training, coordination and guidance, information exchange and service consultation", in order to strengthen the construction of teachers in Tianjin universities and "service consultation"
