Outlets (Qinhuangdao) World Famous Products Discount City Project is constructed in two phases, with an initial investment of about 200 million US dollars and a total investment of about 5 billion yuan, covering an area of about 2,300 mu. The main construction contents include about 500 outlet world famous brand discount city stores, tourist resorts, public facilities, famous brand enterprise clubs and supporting houses. The Royal Blue Ocean Comprehensive Tourism Project has a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan, aiming at high-end, collectivization and high-quality development, and will build an international-class coastal tourism park integrating ocean park, yacht dock and wealth summer resort capital, with a total construction period of 5 years.
