These courses almost contain most of the construction knowledge, mainly focusing on the project cost, and it is not easy for a person who has been doing budget and settlement work for a long time to get into the exam. The budget officer's card is only regional, not national, because the amount used in different regions is different. Registered cost engineers are all over the country and take exams every year. The application conditions are above, but the annual pass rate is very low. Not based on scores, but on the overall level of all examiners in that year.
