Project cost, also known as project budget, is the general name of all the calculation results of construction cost required by a project. Its name and content are different at different stages. The total design time is called estimation; The preliminary design is called budget estimate; Construction drawing design is called budget; When it is finished, it is called settlement. The content of project cost includes four aspects, namely, construction and installation project cost, equipment and tools, equipment purchase cost, other construction cost and preparation cost. 1. Construction and installation engineering cost: Construction and installation engineering cost consists of direct engineering cost, indirect cost and other costs. (1) direct costs, that is, the costs that constitute the project entity and contribute to the formation of the project, including labor costs, materials costs, construction machinery use fees and other direct costs. (2) Indirect expenses include construction management fees and other indirect expenses. The construction management fee includes: the salary of management personnel; Auxiliary wages; Wage surcharge; Office expenses; Travel and transportation expenses; Fixed assets use fee; Fees for the use of tools and appliances; Labor protection fees, etc. Other indirect costs include: temporary facilities; Labor insurance fund (labor insurance expenditure), etc. (3) Other expenses include legitimate profits and taxes. Legal profit refers to the profit that should be included in the cost of construction and installation projects according to regulations. Tax refers to the business tax, urban maintenance and construction tax and education surcharge that should be included in the cost of construction and installation projects as stipulated by the national tax law. 2. Purchase cost of equipment, tools and appliances: The purchase cost of equipment, tools and appliances refers to all expenses paid for the purchase of mechanical and electrical equipment, tools and appliances, instruments and meters and office furniture specified in the design. 3. Other expenses of engineering construction: Other expenses of engineering construction refer to related expenses that must be paid in addition to the above expenses. Such as young crops compensation fee, survey and design fee, etc. 4. Reserve funds: Reserve funds refer to unforeseen items and expenses in the preliminary design and budgetary estimate. Construction project budget is produced and developed in production practice. The construction project budgeter is a project manager who is engaged in economic management, cost control and negotiation of construction products. So this position still has a very important position. What basic qualities and skills are needed for such an important position? 1, college degree or above, graduated from civil engineering or related major and holds the employment certificate of budget officer. 2. Second, contract control, planning, drafting and starting the corresponding contract approval process for labor and professional contracting, and evaluating the performance of the contract. Third, claim management. If the owner fails to perform or fails to correctly perform the obligations stipulated in the contract, resulting in losses to the construction party, the construction party shall demand compensation from the owner and draft the claim documents. Fourth, the project settlement, according to the completion data of settlement book, determine the final cost of the project. At present, the salary of budget personnel is about 2500~4000 yuan per month, including civil budget personnel and installation budget personnel, but it has been renamed as cost personnel. The five members of the building are: the builder, the budget officer, the material officer, the safety officer and the quality inspector. Among these five members, it is best to be a budget officer, and the salary is higher. The examination for budget officers is held once a year in April and 10, and the examination time is the third Saturday and Sunday in April or 10. The registration time is three months in advance. For example, if you want to take the 10 exam, you must register before July. If you have any other questions, please contact the science and education section of the local construction bureau; If you want to register, please contact the local scientific research institution. The training of the budget officer's employment certificate is of little use, and there is no need to take the budget officer's employment certificate. You can directly take the cost engineer exam. Conditions for the application of cost engineers All China citizens who abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions can take the qualification examination of cost engineers: (1) Having worked in the engineering cost business for five years after graduating from a junior college majoring in engineering cost; After graduating from engineering or engineering economics, I have been engaged in engineering cost business for 6 years. (2) Having worked in the engineering cost business for 4 years after graduating from the engineering cost major; After graduating from engineering or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 5 years. (three) after obtaining the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in the above major and obtaining the master's degree, he has been engaged in the engineering cost business for 3 years. (4) Having worked in the engineering cost business for 2 years after obtaining the above professional doctorate. Cost engineer is a national unified examination, including four items: valuation and control of project cost, basic theory of project cost management and related laws and regulations, construction engineering technology and measurement (divided into two categories: civil engineering and installation) and case analysis of project cost. These courses almost contain most of the construction knowledge, mainly focusing on the project cost, and it is not easy for a person who has been doing budget and settlement work for a long time to get into the exam. You can get a job license first, find a suitable job, get familiar with the budget industry first, and then practice. Since you graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering and have a certain foundation, it shouldn't be too difficult to learn. The budget officer's card is only regional, not national, because the amount used in different regions is different. Registered cost engineers are all over the country and take exams every year. The application conditions are above, but the annual pass rate is very low. Not based on scores, but on the overall level of all examiners in that year. Of course, the budget certificate is 60 minutes long live, so it is recommended that the landlord take the job certificate first, and then apply for the cost engineer according to his own ability after working for a period of time. Budget engineer is a good career. First of all, for us personally, it doesn't run around the construction site all day like construction workers and quality inspectors, and its gold content is relatively high. If you don't want to work in the original unit, you can change.
