My law firm regularly organizes training for practicing lawyers, adheres to high standards and strict requirements, and conducts systematic special training for practicing lawyers. At the same time, professional lawyers are regularly organized in the institute to discuss major issues such as the promulgation of the new law, the theoretical frontier, and the hot spots of lawyer practice, and to discuss some difficult cases. Third, provide a paid legal service market for the masses and improve the status of lawyers. Civil defense is my strong point in the lawyer's business. In the process of handling all kinds of cases, I have carefully analyzed the legal relationship, studied laws and regulations and local regulations, drafted defense words and proxy words, sorted out and made a list of evidence, found out the controversial focus of cases, studied and exercised my professional ability and reviewed my legal knowledge through handling all kinds of cases. In particular, I handled the first company dispute case in Jianshui and the first major criminal case in Quanzhou.
Most other cases are legal aid cases. Some family members of the parties are unable to entrust lawyers due to financial difficulties, and some may be sentenced to life imprisonment or more. There are also several cases involving foreigners. By providing legal aid, each party can fully exercise the rights conferred by law, which embodies the spirit of the rule of law. After each case was completed, I took the time to post my experience in handling cases on my blog, and realized my shortcomings in the summary.
In the process of legal consultation on weekdays, most of them are legal issues such as marriage, maintenance, property division and contract disputes. For every client who comes to consult, listen patiently, explain and explain carefully, provide good legal advice, and resolve social contradictions.

At the same time, I haven't read enough books except law, which leads to my poor eyesight. In the first whole year after I got my practice license, my income from all my businesses was about 95,000 yuan, mainly from the income distributed by the leaders, and the rest were all cases undertaken by me alone. First of all, in this year, the number of cases I handled increased significantly, and the types of cases were also enriched. Under the guidance of lawyer Wen, he handled many cases of insurance subrogation disputes. Summarizing the experience and lessons in the process of handling cases, my practical experience is gradually enriched;
Secondly, I learned more skills in dealing with people, including the skills in dealing with the parties, and the skills in dealing with judges and opposing agents. Captain Zhang Wu has always taught us that a lawyer is a profession engaged in social work, and every lawyer needs to devote at least one-third of his energy to socializing. If there is corresponding interpersonal communication, the work of our lawyers will definitely stagnate.

2. Lack of familiarity with laws and regulations.
I am not familiar with the laws and regulations commonly used in my work, so I can't answer questions and know them by heart. Due to the rapid updating of laws and regulations, our lawyers are required to update their knowledge in time to keep up with the development of the situation.
3. Unreasonable business structure
Although my business income has reached more than 100 thousand this year, careful analysis shows that there are not many cases I handle independently, which has not accounted for half of the total income. Another outstanding problem is that all my income comes from litigation cases, and there is no non-litigation aspect. Because of the unreasonable business structure, we will face the possibility of breaking our meal at any time, and the bank will not pity you, and will search your salary card regularly every month. I am deeply touched by this. On the tenth day of every month, when I see that there is no case in my account, I will be particularly flustered. At this time, I miss money very much. Besides, I don't want to have a holiday. The special holiday is long, and I don't seem to be entitled to it. I felt a terrible headache a while ago. I thought I was thinking about money, but later I found out I wasn't. It turns out that I have a cold.
Third, views on the work of lawyers.
When it comes to lawyers, people's first impression is that lawyers are rich and have special speaking skills. But I think the profession of lawyer not only gives us rich material returns, but also gives us a way of independent thinking, self-esteem, self-improvement and social responsibility. Every lawyer comes out radiant. Male lawyers are generally in suits and ties, while female lawyers are generally radiant, moving, beautiful and wise. Why is this happening? I think it's probably because we are confident and have love in our hearts.
For a simple example, Yu Zhou, our lawyer, once donated several books in RMB to children in poor areas in Henan Province in his own name, helping children in poor areas to increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. To tell the truth, lawyer Zhou Yu is so busy that if he only wants to make money, how can he take care of children who have no books thousands of miles away? But because we have love in our hearts, we know how to be grateful, and we know what we should do for the society. I remember a client whose lawsuit dragged on for two or three years. In the process of handling the case, he was in financial difficulties and could not even afford the travel expenses and meals. Later, I invited his duck blood fans to dinner at the gate of our office and gave him 50 yuan for the trip. He was very moved and insisted on sending me a banner or something. Although lawyers work hard, it is precisely because this line is full of challenges that it has its unique charm. Here we feel the warmth of the world, witness the love and hate, and solve problems for the parties. We saw the frown and smile on both sides. All these experiences have made us cherish the beauty of life even more.
