Changsha Putonghua Test Center organizes the test. After the test, organize testers to evaluate the fourth question, and then the provincial test center will organize reviewers to evaluate it. After the completion of the audit, the municipal testing center is responsible for printing the certificate, then reporting the results to the provincial testing center for verification, affixing the seal of the office of the Provincial Language Committee, and the National Language Training and Testing Center is authorized to issue and answer the national certificate.
