Summary of probation period for nurses in physical examination center
In a blink of an eye, time left mercilessly. As a trainee nurse in the physical examination center, during these X months' work, I actively and strictly completed my responsible tasks. And under the guidance of the head nurse and other leaders, I successfully completed my own management and promotion, greatly improved my professional ability and ideological attitude in X months, and made myself better adapt to the work and rhythm of the physical examination center.

Looking back on the past x months, although there have been many improvements and progress in work, for a medical staff, preparation is not too much. Now, I am about to become a full member, which not only means the change of my identity and position, but also represents the arrival of more important responsibilities! To this end, I am here to sum up my work during this probation period, hoping that I can make better efforts in the next work! The following is a summary of my internship:

First, the ideological aspect.

As a nurse in the physical examination center, I know the importance of my work. Everyone comes for a physical examination just to know their physical health. Therefore, we should not be careless in our work.

To this end, the first day I came here, I put "careful, cautious and responsible" on my head. Later, under the guidance of the head nurse, I further expanded my thinking. Can strictly strengthen self-management and self-requirements in the work. And I learned to motivate myself at work and improve my work enthusiasm. These ideological improvements have enabled me to better improve my work and constantly improve my working conditions.

Second, the work situation

In terms of work, I actively studied the basic contents of training and mastered the basic working ability under the guidance of the head nurse. In addition, I also consult my predecessors, constantly exercise myself at work and actively improve myself. Especially when it comes to needles, I used to hate not being confident. However, with the encouragement and guidance of my predecessors, I have mastered this skill well through exercise in my spare time and gained a lot of praise in my work.

Third, personal shortcomings and improvements.

Looking back on this long X-month probation period, although I have been trying to help myself, there are still many aspects that are not perfect. For example, many basic work is not perfect, and the efficiency in work is too slow. It always takes a long time to process here.

In order to become a qualified nurse, I will actively improve myself, improve my ability, strengthen my work enthusiasm, practice more, and strive to become a qualified and excellent nurse!
