Conditions for applying for subsidies for skills upgrading training:
(1) If you have participated in unemployment insurance according to law and paid unemployment insurance premiums continuously for more than 36 months (including 36 months), the cumulative payment months shall be calculated based on the last month marked on the certificate.
(two) from June 20 17+ 1 year, the primary, intermediate and advanced vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates were obtained.
(3) All self-supporting institutions or private non-enterprise units that participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprises may refer to relevant documents and enjoy special assistance policies for enterprises and their employees according to the nature of enterprises.
(4) When self-supporting institutions declare to open two accounts in the nature of enterprises and institutions when registering with social insurance agencies, only those registered in the name of enterprises can enjoy the special assistance policy for enterprises.
Uninsured employees, employees of public institutions, flexible employees in employment centers and talent exchange centers cannot apply for this subsidy.
