China has a vast territory, the climate varies greatly among different regions, the level of economic development and indoor environmental standards are low, and the architectural features, building technology and industrial level, as well as people's living habits are quite different from those of German, Danish and other European countries.
With the support of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China and the Federal Ministry of Transport, Construction and Urban Development of Germany, the Science and Technology Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the German Energy Agency have carried out technical exchanges, training and cooperation in the field of building energy conservation since 2007, and introduced advanced building energy-saving technologies from Germany.
Around the passive ultra-low energy consumption building technology, a number of passive ultra-low energy consumption green building demonstration projects have been built. At the same time, it has carried out exchanges and cooperation with the United States, Canada, Denmark, Sweden and other countries in the field of near-zero energy-saving building technology, and has emerged in Shandong, Hebei, Xinjiang, Zhejiang and other places, and achieved good results.
