Education, the purpose is divergent, not necessarily a very clear purpose. Education is mainly heuristic, and the content in class is only a part of education. There are still many contents that need to be summarized and constructed by the environment, teachers' words and deeds, and learners themselves to form their own knowledge system. But what problems can this knowledge solve? There is no clear design at first, and it can't be designed, because through education and inspiration, learners can solve any problem.

Training, the purpose is very clear, is to solve a specific problem (or a certain field), learn specific knowledge and master specific skills. With a clear purpose, there must be corresponding clear teaching behavior. The problem to be solved may also be methodology, and it cannot be said that training is "giving people a fish".
