Therefore, through teacher Lu Yue's explanation, I fully understand that stress also needs to be managed.
The second part, Lu Yue's Precision Service Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, made me understand the important relationship between service, marketing and customer relationship. In recent years, the development of banking industry has gradually changed us from passive to active, from waiting for customers to active marketing, but in this transitional period, marketing also needs strategies. Blind marketing is counterproductive, emphasizing strategies and methods. Teacher Lu Yue not only pays attention to imparting theoretical knowledge, but also lets us know the theory of bargaining bias and how to grasp the marketing opportunities promoted by seeing, asking, listening and promoting. Moreover, she vividly demonstrated the marketing words of some products for us in the form of scenario drills, which can make us get twice the result with half the effort in actual marketing.
The third part, "Do not forget your initiative mind, be a promising banker", was taught by teacher Li Bijun of Linhai Rural Commercial Bank. As the internal trainer of our Zhejiang Rural Credit System, Mr. Li's teaching style is humorous, and the teaching content is also very close to reality and very practical. As a rural credit cooperative, I have a better understanding of the development history of Zhejiang rural credit cooperative. I deeply admire and feel ashamed of the perseverance and lofty ideals of the older generation of rural credit cooperatives. In such a harsh environment, I have to deeply feel that my rural credit cooperatives have created such a strong vitality. Their great dedication is worth learning from our generation.
