Scoring standard for technical part:
1. technical scheme: whether the technical scheme is advanced and feasible and whether it meets the requirements of the bidding documents.
2. Equipment configuration: whether the equipment configuration is reasonable and meets the requirements of the tender documents.
3. Technical support: Whether the technical support is comprehensive and feasible and whether it meets the requirements of the tender documents.
4. Technical training: Whether the technical training scheme is reasonable and meets the requirements of the tender documents.
5. Project implementation plan: whether the project implementation plan is feasible and meets the requirements of the tender documents.
6. Other technical conditions: whether other technical conditions meet the requirements of the tender documents.
In the process of bid evaluation, the bid evaluation committee will make a detailed review of the bidders' bids and score them according to the above scoring criteria. Finally, the bid evaluation committee will determine the winning bidder according to the total score.
