2. To apply for intermediate qualification, you must meet the following conditions:
(1) Attending physician in clinical, oral and traditional Chinese medicine categories: having a corresponding professional doctorate and obtaining a certificate of standardized training for residents; Or have a corresponding professional master's degree, and have been engaged in medical practice for 2 years after obtaining the certificate of standardized training for residents;
Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in the corresponding major, and have been engaged in medical practice for 2 years after obtaining the certificate of standardized training for residents;
Or have a corresponding professional bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, have been engaged in medical practice for 4 years after being registered as a medical practitioner, and have obtained the certificate of standardized training for residents (personnel who entered the pilot unit of standardized training for residents in 2009 and before, clinical and Chinese medicine personnel who entered township hospitals and community health service institutions in 2009-20 14;

Or have a corresponding professional college degree, and have been engaged in the professional work for 6 years after obtaining the title of pharmaceutical (technical) teacher; Or have a corresponding professional secondary school education, and have been engaged in this professional work for 7 years after obtaining the title of pharmaceutical (technical) teacher.
3. Doctors and nurses working in township hospitals and community health service institutions, after being recognized by the district (county) health administrative department, can take the intermediate technical qualification examination of general medicine, general medicine (Chinese medicine) and community nursing one year in advance.

According to the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Establishing the General Practitioner System (Guo Fa [2011] No.23), general practitioners who have undergone standardized training in primary medical and health institutions (community health service institutions and township hospitals) can take the general practitioner examination for intermediate technical qualification of health professionals one year in advance;
