Art study abroad experience.
Art education can effectively promote the formation and development of students' humanistic consciousness. The following is a model essay on the artistic experience of studying abroad, which I compiled. For reference only, welcome to read! Please subscribe to more content.

In fact, I have been secretly looking forward to hearing that the district will arrange to go out to sketch, especially when I attended the annual art exhibition in the city not long ago and saw a teacher's sketch oil painting creation, I was really "envious"! This time, we finally have a chance! Although my painting skills are not very good, I am very pleased with my progress in learning.

It was just that the weather was not very good, and it began to rain before departure, which lasted until the day before the end of sketching. Two and a half days' sketching time is a little short, but it is also a lot of gains, and I am still unfinished. This is my first time to come here and see the natural beauty of the original ecology for the first time. Dawa is indeed a very beautiful place, especially in this season, the colors in the mountains become rich and gorgeous. Poplar trees can be seen everywhere, and their leaves turn from yellow to green, dotted with persimmon trees with lovely fruits like small lanterns, and some plants of various colors that can't be named are brightly decorated, which immediately reminds people of a sentence-"All trees are dyed." It's a pity that even the water here has been polluted, and many originally clear streams have become filthy, even the rocks inside have been dyed black, and there is no trace of the once small fish and shrimp-although the villagers here are still simple and kind, they don't know that the most precious things they lost can never be found back-

Sad thoughts are back. Let's talk about painting. This time, 27 teachers came and were divided into three groups according to "Chinese painting", "sketch" and "color". In order to save time, we packed our bags as soon as we arrived at our destination. Everyone took a bag of dry food and began to gather in the mountains.

Our group followed the experienced director Shang in front, crossed a small bridge and then turned right. Suddenly, a path covered with fallen leaves appeared in front of us, winding and pointing to an unknown distance. While admiring this mysterious and beautiful nature, we went on looking for a place suitable for painting, and finally found an interesting thatched cottage with low walls made of rocks. We heard it bleating. Then, the first painting was dedicated to this "antique" sheepfold. Looking at this painting now, the relationship between reality and reality is not handled well and the subject object is not prominent. The painting is very immature-after lunch on the mountain, we found another hut on the mountain, but unfortunately, before we finished painting, it began to rain, so we had to go home and stay up until evening. I only painted for half a day on the first day.

Before breakfast the next day, there was a unified evaluation of the painting. Many Chinese paintings and colored paintings are beautiful, especially Mr. Chen's Chinese painting, which is very admirable. He has a deep foundation and skillful skills. At first glance, he is an old painter in China. After breakfast, he set off again, but this time it rained again an hour before the painting was finished, so we had to run back to our residence. On the way, we met many teachers who also came back. Back to the dormitory, I made up the sketch I had just finished according to my memory. I heard that Director Shang and Teacher Gu painted very well, and several of us went to learn. I feel really far from it! Mr. Gu's brushwork is skillful, and his composition is atmospheric. No matter his modeling or brushwork lines, he shows profound artistic skills everywhere. Director Shang's painting brush is flexible, rigorous in shape, appropriate in reality and reality, skilled in skills and rich in brushwork. No matter how trees or rocks change, they all have great artistic beauty. At the same time, they also gave us some guidance on several people's works and gave us detailed answers one by one. While discovering my own shortcomings, I also feel that I have really improved through learning, at least broadening my horizons.

In the afternoon, when the rain stopped, we went out with an umbrella to continue painting, and found the mountain road on the first day, strolling along the path covered with golden leaves, with trees of different postures and colors on both sides. Opposite the trees, there are clusters of more trees, streams, rocks of different sizes, and rock houses hidden among the trees. When the autumn wind rises, the leaves fall down and are gorgeous, although you can imagine that if there is bright sunshine, it will be another scene. I told my friends that this is really a paradise! Unfortunately, it rained again soon, so we took some photos in a hurry and left this "Xanadu" with unfinished paintings.

Today is the last day, we are going back, but the weather is sunny! Early in the morning, before meals, there are many good works, not only good Chinese paintings, good oil paintings, good colors, but also many good sketches. Compared with before, I am embarrassed to take out the sketch. Everyone has their own unique style. Teacher Chen's Chinese painting this time is a stone house in the mountains to show the contrast between black and white and gray, and it is still impressive with his profound modeling ability and skillful Chinese painting techniques. The traditional Chinese paintings of several other teachers also have their own characteristics, and the effect is good; Several other color works, including oil paintings, are very rich in color; The colorful works completed by two people with colored chalk are bright and decorative; There is also the diligent and earnest teacher Wang Zhenzhen's colorful paintings, which are elegant and very aura; The last group of essays also have their own merits, and I was deeply impressed by Mr. Zhou and him. The composition is ingenious, and the spatial relationship of the close-up view of COSCO is well handled. Finally, adding a little color will make it more concise and beautiful, and the effect is very good. Another teacher, Mr. Zhang, is skilled in sketching, beautiful in composition and good in overall effect-there are other teachers whose works can't be named. Some specialize in shooting a small scene, but they are also very interesting, very decorative and aesthetic, and have obvious personal style. In short, everyone has made progress compared with the previous day, and the effect is obvious.

After evaluating this painting, there are still more than two hours. Using this precious time, we drew another sketch and took some beautiful photos. At noon, we will meet at 12, and finally all the teachers will take a group photo and leave this unforgettable place.

Two and a half days is really too short, and I don't feel enough, because my painting level is not very good, I have learned a lot and made a lot of progress. This is the best harvest, unforgettable beauty, unforgettable colleagues, unforgettable food, unforgettable spirit of mutual help and solidarity, although I can't name each other! I hope we can come again next year!

Art students' 20xx training is over. Looking back on my first training for nearly half a year, I am happy and responsible, with experience and regret. Let's talk about some experience of going out for training based on my personal work.

First, the harvest of training

1, experienced students

First of all, it enhances students' awareness of active learning. Going out for training, there are many art students like them, and every student here gathers together to realize the ideal of entering the university. Check the bed at night, 12 o'clock, the students are still sketching. Because they have ideals, see the pressure and have the consciousness of active competition, every student has changed from ordinary passive learning to active learning.

Second, students' independent ability has been improved. Almost all the students in the class are only children, and they have never left their parents' love since childhood. During the training period, students can't wash clothes and tidy up their daily necessities from the beginning, and gradually become excellent students who can live independently, which has played a good experience for their independent study and life in the future.

2. enrich yourself.

First, it has narrowed the distance with students. Going out for training should not only be a professional teacher of students, but also a teacher of students' life. Every time I talk to students, I feel that I have grown a step further. From the beginning, I talked about it with my students, and there was not much conversation. Now we can communicate freely, talk about things, help them solve problems in life and study, and have a more real understanding of students' thoughts and thoughts, which will play a good guiding role for more science education students in the future.

The second is to close the distance with the profession.

Going out for training is also a learning journey for me to improve my professional quality. Through the communication and personal experience with the training teachers, I have broadened my professional vision, gained a deeper understanding of the current art college entrance examination form, aesthetic standards and painting style, and accumulated knowledge and experience for future teaching.

3. Shortcomings and regrets

Leading a team out to study and train for the first time. Although my colleagues told me a lot about their experience in managing students outside, due to lack of work experience, I didn't know enough about students' learning thoughts at the beginning of training, which led to great fluctuations in individual students' learning and psychological state, which affected their confidence in learning. In the future work, we should vigorously strengthen the preparatory work in the early and early stages of training, especially in the early stage, we should enlighten the students and guide them in learning methods, so that every student can quickly adapt to the rhythm and life of training.

Parents don't know enough about outside training. Some parents are afraid that their children will suffer hardships outside and give them too much living expenses, which leads to students spending money lavishly and forming a bad consumption concept. It is suggested that the school hold a parent-teacher conference every semester to communicate with parents through professional teachers, so that parents can have a clearer understanding of the training outside.

2. How to do a good job in the connection between professional teaching and professional training, so that the professional qualification rate can reach more than 90%?

The form of art college entrance examination is changing every year, and the basic literacy of each student is different. To work towards the 90% goal, I think there are several points worth considering:

1, strengthen the cultivation of professional basic ability. A good professional foundation is the basis for rapidly improving professional ability. There is a phenomenon in training that most students with good foundation can improve quickly from training, while those with poor foundation can adapt slowly. Therefore, before going out for training, help students lay a solid professional foundation so that they can quickly adapt to the training rhythm at the initial stage of training.

In order to improve art students' interest in studying art majors, college enrollment now examines not only students' drawing ability, but also their imagination, observation and creativity. If students want to jump out of thousands of people, they must be comprehensive and have high comprehensive quality. In the future teaching, we can consider increasing the content of landscape sketch appropriately, so that students can deeply feel that art comes from life and feel the pleasure of learning art, and then make progress in learning. This also cultivates students' observation and creativity invisibly.

2. Establish an appropriate student elimination mechanism. In the process of teaching, I found that some students are really unfit to learn art and lack the most basic artistic literacy, such as imagination and observation. Such students are difficult to learn. Some students enter the special student class with a relaxed attitude of learning the special student course, and the learning purpose is wrong; There are also some students who think that it is easy to be admitted to the university after studying the major, and it is difficult to be admitted to the university without certain achievements in the culture class. Therefore, when arranging classes, we should fully consider students' interests, attitudes, majors and cultural skills, and appropriately eliminate students with poor attitudes who really have no basic art literacy.

3, while doing a good job of professional counseling for students, we should also be students' psychological teachers. There are many people in the training school. Some students find that their professional foundation is weak and their psychological competition pressure is great in the early stage of training. They should pay more attention to their psychological changes, give them full encouragement and care, and let them adapt to the training course quickly. For some students with poor psychological quality, teachers can strengthen professional and psychological counseling while conducting professional training, so that the gap between each student and the starting line of training is relatively small, so that each student can develop and progress together.

Recently, I participated in the teaching seminar of the new curriculum standard of primary school art organized by the county. At the meeting, I organized two teacher demonstration classes, lectures and expert lectures. ? Art education can effectively promote the formation and development of students' humanistic consciousness. First of all, we should strive to form and develop our own humanistic consciousness and enrich our humanistic quality through various aspects of learning. If our teachers have no humanistic consciousness and quality, it is impossible to educate students in art teaching activities. In fact, we should not regard art education as pure technical training, and should not separate art from rich humanistic background. Thirdly, we should attach great importance to the appreciation of works of art and understand and explore the humanistic connotation. This kind of activity is generally used for teaching appreciation and introduction, and students are exposed to as much information as possible in class. Everything they learn in class should be regarded as several small islands in the vast ocean of humanity. Through these small islands, they are exposed to the ocean of humanistic spirit. However, we should pay attention to the arrangement of time in the learning process in different fields, and we should not give up the inquiry learning and skill training in the fields of "modeling performance" and "design application".

Another important measure of the new curriculum is to teach fish what it used to teach. Change the role of the classroom, change the previous teaching mode from teacher-centered to student-centered, and emphasize the dominant position of students in the learning process. Help students learn autonomy in learning, cultivate students' autonomous ability and enhance students' subjective personality. The nature of the fine arts discipline itself determines that the discipline is more suitable for students' learning methods: autonomous learning, inquiry learning and cooperative learning. In the process of teaching activities, we should first respect and care for students and admit that everyone is unique. There is no distinction between good and bad. It represents the diversity of people. In the classroom, difference is a kind of resource, and difference is a kind of wealth, which has been fully used in classroom communication and discussion. ? Of course, emphasizing students' dominant position in the learning process is not a laissez-faire attitude towards students' learning. It is necessary to play a leading, guiding and consulting role to guide students to grow up healthily and happily.

Every time I study the curriculum standards, I have new feelings and experiences, and I feel the warm and upward strength of our collective. At the moment when I walked down the stairs after learning the course standard, suddenly, three elements came to my mind. In this space, how should I, the student, lead them? How to make them like my art class? I don't want them all to be painters. Of course, this is impossible. I just hope they will love my art class and every happy 40 minutes.

I recommend it carefully.
