I am the founder of Kunpeng Club and the founder of InfoQ China and Geekbang Technology, Huo. Many students also call me "the headmaster". The annual update season is coming again. Thank you for your love. TGO Kunpeng Club has gone through five years. Here, on behalf of all full-time students of TGO Kunpeng Club and students of Global Council, I would like to give you a report. The purpose is to let everyone know more about this non-profit organization, and TGO Kunpeng Club also hopes to continue to get the support of all new and old members.
Report the basic data first. Up to now (May 2020, 12), TGO Kunpeng Club has 757 registered members worldwide. Since the establishment of 20 15, the cumulative membership is * * * 1 1.
In the past year, * * * 643 students applied to join TGO Kunpeng Club, and 374 students actually passed, with a passing rate of 58.2%. Here, I would like to thank the members of the Council of each branch for their hard communication, which effectively ensured the high-quality development of the organization. In the fiscal years from 20 19( 10/day) to 2020 (May 1 2), TGO Kunpeng Club * * * held 125 offline activities and 459 group activities.
Financially, the total annual income 10825406.09 yuan, including membership fee 5 170670.09 yuan, sponsorship fee 5,005,000 yuan, conference income 685 146 yuan, and actual expenditure 10284608.42 yuan, including study. Training 125830.28 yuan (including new member training and group leader training), business tax 688534.76 yuan, employee salary 3432707.64 yuan, and company operating cost101498+05438 yuan. Up to now, the actual balance is 576,207.67 yuan (it is estimated that 65,438+0,000,000 yuan will be used for various expenses of GTLC promoters in the second half of 2020, and the overall loss is expected to be 423,792.33 yuan). Judging from the financial situation, we still need to continue to work hard, but victory is in sight.
Next, I would like to share with you the main things done in TGO Kunpeng Club on 20 19-2020, including the development of the organization itself, the progress of the full-time operation team, and the next brief planning.
In this year, I think the most important thing is to finally set up the Global Council, and invited Xie, the former president of Kunpeng Club Shanghai Branch, as the first chairman. With his efforts, a Council with the presidents of all branches as the main members was established. In fact, this matter was brewing last year. During this period, I went to Shanghai and Meng Jun for a separate exchange, but for various reasons, I have not made a good progress. Because of the epidemic, time seems to be getting more and more, and there are many thoughts about the future development of TGO Kunpeng Club, so I took the opportunity to solve this legacy problem.
In my thinking logic, an organization, especially a non-profit organization, is most worried about being greatly influenced by the fluctuation of my enthusiasm and the amount of energy invested. In addition, although I set up such an organization under the banner, I didn't fully understand our members. The people who know the development of our organization and members best must be our members themselves and the board members of each branch. My task and mission is to assist the board of directors to complete the governance of each branch and introduce enough resources for TGO Kunpeng Club within my power. I think this combination of centralized and decentralized governance is a necessary mechanism for the long-term development of TGO Kunpeng Club.
Fortunately, since the establishment of the Global Council, after repeated communication, we have established a new organizational structure, including the Content Products Committee, the Communication and Finance Committee, and the Governance Supervision Committee. Focus on the planning and design of content products, because TGO Kunpeng Club is still a platform for learning and growth, and excellent content products are essential for the better development of this platform. Therefore, the systematic annual study plan you see, as well as the "Kunpeng Future School" introduced in detail later, all come from the efforts of the Content Products Committee.

Another thing that we spent a lot of time and energy on this year is the training of members and league leaders. The positioning of TGO Kunpeng Club is peer learning, that is, I believe that everyone has a unique place worth learning, "three heads are better than one", and we can make progress together by learning from each other. Although various branches also organize various learning activities, group learning still accounts for a relatively large proportion. Then, in this case, the team members' understanding of groups, clubs and even TGO Kunpeng Club determines their attitudes and behaviors in the organization, and also determines the size of their benefits.
Good tools are useless if they are not used properly. Therefore, this year, I asked my colleague Zhao Xinlong to spend a lot of time to improve our member training courses and carry out many training activities, with the goal that every member and group has received training. At the same time, Cheng Hui, a senior member of TGO Kunpeng Club, was specially invited as a consultant to train the group moderator. According to the feedback from the on-site students, through this training, everyone has a deeper understanding of the operation logic behind TGO Kunpeng Club, and they are more willing to "take responsibility for their own experiences" and devote themselves to the monthly activities of the group and the learning activities of the branch. And this is exactly what I want to see. Only when every node is active can a single spark start a prairie fire.
Now many students are familiar with Cherry (Cao Qianyun). She joined TGO Kunpeng Club last year as the operation director. Prior to this, she served as the business planning director of InfoQ, and she was very experienced in team management, content planning and products. Cherry is invited to join us, and I hope that under her leadership, the full-time operation team can put all the work in by going up one flight of stairs to make the members' experience better. Through the cooperation of the team in the past six months and the communication and feedback with many new and old members of TGO Kunpeng Club, I believe this decision is correct. I often call Cherry "a child with a big head".
Another decision, also mentioned above, requires Xinlong students to devote themselves to the training of members and serve as the training director. I don't need to evaluate its work, but I'd better invite members who have participated in the training to evaluate it. Now in our member group, many people call Xinlong "Lao Zhao". In fact, people are not old at all, and they also claim to be born after 90. During several trainings I participated in, I found the rapid growth of Xinlong and my feelings for TGO Kunpeng Club are increasing day by day, which makes me very pleased. I believe that with the help of Cheng Hui, the training of members, group moderators and board members will get better and better, so that everyone can experience a continuous improvement organization.
In the planning of the Global Council, the things planned to be done in the new fiscal year include "Kunpeng Future School" in cooperation with cheung kong graduate school of business, renewal of membership categories and rights and interests, training for all group moderators, iteration of membership services promoted by the Global Council, and improvement of regional manager's post ability.
The most important one should be the "Kunpeng Future School" just negotiated by TGO Kunpeng Association and cheung kong graduate school of business (the name is tentative). We have invited many famous professors in cheung kong graduate school of business and our own tutors, such as Dr. Wang Jian (academician), Qiao Xinliang and Zhang Hailong, to provide students with courses on technology and business integration for 6-8 months. The ultimate goal is to help some members improve their management ability, business thinking and broaden their horizons, so as to help their enterprises achieve leapfrog development. At the same time, I hope that more entrepreneurs can realize the value of science and technology and the management characteristics of Internet companies, and help their enterprises to better transform internet plus and carry out digital development.
I call this "Kunpeng Future School" a "mixed foreman". There are CTO who have worked hard in the field of technology for many years, CEO who wants to speed up the digital transformation of enterprises, and even investors who are interested in technology entrepreneurship. Leaders from different fields gathered together to improve our scientific literacy, better grasp the trend of "new infrastructure", integrate into the general trend of the times, and help us realize the "Chinese dream" at an early date.
The second change is that in terms of membership category, between standard members and corporate members, TGO Kunpeng Club will put more emphasis on its corporate attributes. This is also a truth that I have deeply understood this year. Since enterprises are willing to send their core technical executives to TGO Kunpeng Club, organizations have the responsibility to help them learn and grow better and faster, formulate better technical strategies and business strategies, and have better frequency with CEO, thus playing a greater role in the development of enterprises. Therefore, TGO Kunpeng will provide more rights and interests for corporate members, including corporate exchanges, private board meetings and closed-door meetings. To help enterprises solve practical problems.
The third is to train all team leaders and promote the exchange of experience between groups. In the last fiscal year, the Group's leadership training covered more than 65,438+000 members. In the next fiscal year, we hope that all team leaders will be certified after training. As the first batch of member trainers, Ape instructors Tang Qiao of Beijing Branch, Condé Nast Wang Leyan, Nokia Xie Anliang of Shanghai Branch, Huang Yong, columnist of geek era, and Yang Rui, an agile transformation expert of Xiamen Branch, will participate in the whole training process together.
The fourth is the membership service iteration promoted by the Global Council. The Global Council has planned many things that have not been done before, which will be launched in the next fiscal year, so that members and enterprises can gain more, such as:
